About the event
Come join us for a mixed level yoga flow class! All are welcome, of all fitness levels and ages, bring your kids or a friend and join in the fun as we move and flow to salute the sun as it sets in the sky.
All you need is loose comfortable clothing or exercise gear, a yoga mat or towel and a bottle of water; maybe a towel to wipe the sweat?!
I will provide the music and instruction free of charge as an act of service to my community.
Registration is recommended as the classes are determined by the weather. If the class will be canceled that day due to weather an email will be sent out 2 hours prior to class that will inform all that have registered of the cancelation.
